Hi everyone,

Last evening Christi wrote the following: 

"I look at [the blog] several times a day and it gives us so much hope! I am amazed by the power of social media. For a nonconformist like German, I think he is also witnesssing its power for the good. Any reluctance we had has turned to humility. Since the campaign began on Monday, we have received $1075.00 in our PayPal account and another $750.00 directly into our bank account. We are so deeply touched by the generosity and unconditional love!"

Thanks to all for your contributions! $1,850 collected so far!!! Great progress for just 3 days. 

However, we are aiming to collect $10,000 -  so there is still a bit of a way to go. That is the amount that would allow our friends not to worry about money over the next few months and thereby focus mind and body on German's recovery.

Please distribute this to your networks, including peopole who do not necessarily know German or Christi. We have already had donations from persons that they do not know, solely because they are our friends and express solidarity with our cause. 

Please do not forget to Facebook "like" the blog and/or the posts, preferably accomnpanied by a personalised message from you (and remember to choose you "Friends" list for distribution of your message).
